We are seeking a dynamic inside sales representative who will be responsible for generating new revenue and retaining client relationships alongside the Auxilia team. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with effective communication and time management skills with a desire to succeed. This individual should have experience cold calling and closing business for small to mid-sized organizations over the phone. All candidates must have the ability to create and maintain strong relationships and have the desired passion to grow and learn.

Prospect, manage, and grow opportunities by calling on new prospects and sales leads
Reach and exceed sales monthly and annual KPIs
Perform and execute at a minimum 65 dials per day followed by 65 emails
Utilize CRM to update, track and maintain active deals and growth of pipeline
Present during product demos and document feedback of software within CRM
Negotiate pricing and contracts
Create and execute proposals
Coordinate and assist in the implementation of Auxilia’s software services to customers
Develop and maintain product knowledge and be an innovator within the industry

Present demonstration of Auxilia’s software via Zoom to prospects
Work with sales rep pre/post demo on communication to prospect
Gain product knowledge on Auxilia to position the solution live to nonprofits
Work with sales team to move opportunity forward in pipeline and document findings within CRM (HubSpot)
Utilize CRM (HubSpot) to update, track, and maintain active opportunities
Work with leadership on sales coverage model and territory planning
Track sales data and pull reporting on pipeline and activity of sales reps
Create and roll out effective processes alongside leadership to oversee a smooth sales process from start to finish
Provide pricing and contract support for sales team
Monitor and analyze key sales and business performance deliverables to leadership to drive strategic business decisions
Ensure sales process adoption and monitor future opportunities of improvement
