Account Executive

We are seeking a dynamic inside sales representative who will be responsible for generating new revenue and retaining client relationships alongside the Auxilia team. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with effective communication and time management skills with a desire to succeed. This individual should have experience cold calling and closing business for small to mid-sized organizations over the phone. All candidates must have the ability to create and maintain strong relationships and have the desired passion to grow and learn.

Location of position: 

In-person role held at Corporate Office

Salary Range:

Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + bonus incentives

OTE for 1st year AE is $65,000 - $85,000+

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, manage, and grow opportunities by calling on new prospects and sales leads
  • Reach and exceed sales monthly and annual KPIs
  • Perform and execute at a minimum of 65 dials per day followed by 65 emails
  • Utilize CRM to update, track, and maintain active deals and growth of pipeline
  • Present during product demos and document feedback of software within CRM
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts
  • Create and execute proposals
  • Coordinate and assist in the implementation of Auxilia’s software services to customers
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and be an innovator within the industry
  • Utilize interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
  • Thrive and grow within a competitive, ever-changing organization

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years experience in high volume sales and cold calling
  • Past proficiency utilizing a CRM
  • Strong work ethic with determination to succeed

  • Uncapped commission

  • On target earnings first-year earnings - $75,000
