With several leadership roles at nonprofit organizations, the Howard University alumna has spent her career helping nonprofits with community engagement, fundraising and building awareness.

Chris has built and led software and technology organizations for the past 17 years. He is an engineer by trade but has led the technology organizations for both early and late-stage start-ups. He has a passion for implementing scalable systems and processes, and with these in place, he has set those companies up for the growth that they experienced.

He has a passion for working smarter and not harder. Through proper Software Development Life Cycles practices and coupled with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment processes, software can be quickly and iteratively developed and deployed. This allows value and success to be regularly delivered to customerswhich Chris believes great value in. His appreciation for client success has continued throughout his careerreally driving home the important fact thatcustomers are hard to obtain, and an organization needs to go to great lengths to keep them.

Merrin Muxlow is the Executive Director for the San Diego Chapter of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneur), the worlds largest global nonprofit for entrepreneurs. She also serves as a consulting advisor for The Entrepreneur Academy, a 501(c)3 nonprofit that teaches entrepreneurship to high schoolers. In both roles, she emphasizes the connection between social responsibility and values-based leadership for a more inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem. Award-winning and community-involved, Merrin served two terms as an elected Assembly District Delegate (CA District 78), and was twice elected to the Board of Directors at her community Co-Op.
