Requirements• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years experience in a previous client-facing role
• Past proficiency utilizing a CRM
• Strong work ethic with determination to succeed

• Administer the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data
• Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial statements and manage all activities of external auditors
• Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls
• Manage the budget process by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans
• Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
• Maintain internal control safeguards across organizational expenditures
• Create and implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures while upholding federal, state, and local standards
• Oversee and support accounting team with effective communication, strong business ethics, and dynamic leadership
• Evaluate the effectiveness of accounting software and supporting database as needed
• Provide status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data to executive team and board of directors
• Have a strong cadence of business acumen with expert presentation skills
Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum 5-10 year’ experience in accounting/ finance
• Experience in working with multiple legal entities
• Experience with financial reporting requirements
